Age Restriction Notice: This Dyrkel outfit diary application is designed exclusively for adult users aged 18 and older. Any access, registration or usage behavior by users under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited and unauthorized.

1. General Provisions & Application Scope

This Privacy Policy sets forth the standardized rules for data collection, operational processing, content storage, service optimization and privacy protection implemented by Dyrkel operational team (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”) for the Dyrkel outfit diary application (hereinafter referred to as “the Application”).

If you do not accept any term of this policy, you shall not use any functions of the Application and must terminate your use immediately.

2. Adult User Only Regulation

Dyrkel is a private personal outfit recording tool focused on women’s clothing matching and daily outfit documentation. All service functions are oriented solely to adult users aged 18 and above.

We do not intentionally collect personal data of minors. Once we confirm that a minor has illegally accessed the Application, uploaded content or generated outfit diary records, we will immediately erase all related photos, text content and usage data, and permanently restrict the corresponding device from accessing the Application again.

All risks and legal liabilities arising from age falsification and unauthorized minor usage shall be borne solely by the user.

3. Type of Information We Process

We adhere strictly to the principle of legitimacy, necessity and minimal data processing. We only collect and process data that is essential to realize the outfit diary recording function, without collecting any unnecessary sensitive information. The specific data categories are as follows:

3.1 User Outfit Original Content

To support users in creating and saving personal outfit diaries, we will process the outfit pictures you actively upload and the custom text content you edit, including clothing matching records, wearing experience, outfit notes, recording time and other personalized diary content. All content is independently created by users and is only used for your personal viewing and management within the Application.

3.2 Application Operation Data

To maintain the stable operation of the Application, optimize user interaction experience and fix program errors, we will anonymously collect non-identifiable operation data during your use, including application running logs, function access records and basic device environment information. Such data cannot locate your personal identity and will not be associated with your private content.

3.3 User Communication Information

If you initiate consultation, feedback, suggestion submission or complaint processing via our official support email, we will retain the contact information and message content you actively provide to complete follow-up service processing and product function optimization.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

All collected user data and original creative content will only be applied to the following explicit service scenarios. We guarantee that no user data will be misused, leaked, traded or illegally transmitted without legal basis:

• Provide core functions including outfit picture uploading, text note editing, personal outfit diary generation and permanent local/online viewing services;

• Stabilize Application operation, resolve functional failures, and continuously optimize the fluency and practicability of outfit recording functions;

5. Data Storage & User Content Control

Your uploaded outfit photos and edited text diary content belong to your personal private creative content. We adopt encrypted storage technology to protect all user diary data and strictly isolate private content from public network access.

You have full independent control over all your outfit diary content. You can view, edit, modify and delete your photos and text records at any time through the Application’s built-in functions. After you delete the content actively, we will completely clear the corresponding data from the server and system cache without reservation.

Anonymous operation logs used for maintenance will be automatically cleared after a fixed retention cycle to avoid long-term redundant data storage.

6. Data Security Protection Mechanism

We have established a complete full-link security protection system for content uploading, data storage and daily operation. We use encrypted transmission, private data isolation, real-time risk monitoring and hierarchical access control technologies to effectively prevent user private content from being leaked, tampered with, stolen or lost.

Internal staff’s access to user data is strictly restricted. Only authorized technical personnel can access anonymous non-private data for maintenance purposes, and all operation records are fully archived and traceable.

Users shall take responsibility for protecting their personal mobile devices and usage environment. We are not liable for data leakage caused by user’s improper operation, device loss or password disclosure.

As an adult user of this Application, you enjoy complete legal rights over your personal data and creative content:

• Right to Access: You have the right to view all your saved outfit diary content and service records in the Application in real time;
